La Barba One & Only Cigar Review – This 6×50 stick features a dark chocolate slight red hued softly but evenly packed wrapper with minimal veins, tight invisible seams, a slightly oily satin texture, triple cap and pungent cocoa and hay aroma. First light reveals a perfect draw with medium bodied flavors of a creamy oily slightly earthy woody note on the draw followed by a short finish adding a touch of zingy pepper. The first third shows a zingy sweet woody body with a slight pepper tingle that lasts through the light finish. Construction is excellent and the burn razor sharp. The 1/2 way point comes at 30 minutes with no changes to the flavor but did require a big touchup. Ending at just under 1 hour the last third shifted to a deep straight tobacco & bakers chocolate with the sweet raisin in the background, carrying over to a now longer finish that still has a pepper tingle. Body remained at medium while a matching strength kick started at the band.
