Urbano Corojo Churchill Cigar Review
This 6 7/8×48 stick offers a dark brown hearty, oily wrapper with a few imperfections, small veins, tight seams and a good looking double cap. The aroma is rich tobacco with a little bit of pepper and the texture is soft and velvety. First light reveals a snug draw with medium body flavors of a dry, bitter grass and tobacco with a lingering dry finish. The first third changes to a deep slightly sweet leather, medium bodied at most with an earthy finish and a touch of pepper in the back of the throat. 40 minutes in to the 1/2 way point, the only change is the leather becoming more of a general earthiness. The draw is still snug and it doesn’t put off a great amount of smoke, I have to watch it so I don’t overheat it with the firm and frequent draws. 1 hours in the last third finally opens up the draw, doubling smoke output and taking the flavors to medium-full, bringing back the leather and adding a nice creamy taste. Ending at 1:20 the remainder of the cigar was just as pleasant! Thank you very much to UrbanoCigars.com for providing this for review!
