Oliva Serie G Maduro Torpedo Cigar Review
This 6.5×52 stick features a box pressed dark brown very oily silky finished wrapper with minimal veins, tight invisible seams, a light firm pack and mild cocoa and tobacco aroma. First light reveals a plugged draw with a possible knot or two and/or a tight torpedo tip, hopefully it loosens up. Smoke production is minimal and flavors are just a mild sweet tobacco. The first third opens the draw slightly improving smoke output while flavors and body remain the same. Burn is very good with a razor sharp line. Hitting the 1/2 way point at 45 minutes, the 2nd third continues to improve the draw, putting out good smoke with exactly the same profile and perfect burn. Ending at 1 hour the last 1.5″ got completely plugged at the head so I ended it. Thank you very much to viewer Dexter Hicks for sending this one in for review!
