Muestra de Saka Nacatamale Cigar Review – This 6×48 stick features a dark chocolate firmly packed oily toothy wrapper with minimal veins, tight invisible seams, large pigtailed double cap with a cocoa and earth aroma. First light reveals a slightly snug draw with plumes of full bodied very zesty, zingy pepper, spice, heat and dark earth notes all on a lingering finish. The first third shifts to a medium-full body with a perfect draw, flavors of a natural sweetness, dark cocoa, deep earth and the same pepper and spice just way down in intensity. All with a long finish of the same. Hitting the 1/2 way point at 40 minutes construction is flawless dropping a solid ash with a great draw. Body is now a solid medium with a sweet bread on the draw followed by a touch of the cocoa with a mild pepper and deep earth taking over the long finish. Ending at 1:05 the last third held another ash to the band, with notes of warm nuttiness and the deep earth with peppermint and a good touch of strength kick.
