La Prov Maduro Toro Cigar Review – This 6×50 stick features a dark brown mottled wrapper with minimal veins, tight invisible seams, triple cap, firm even pack, dry slight toothy feel and rich oaky aroma. First light reveals a perfect draw with medium-full body flavors of vanilla, leather and oily earth with the finish long but going milder adding a pepper zing. The first third snugs up the draw coming down to a medium body while the finish is diminished a bit, holding the same flavors. Burn is perfect and very slow. Hitting the 1/2 way point at 45 minutes the second third improves the draw and smoke output with the flavors still unchanged but the body up to medium-full again and the finish long and flavorful. Ending at 1:15 the last third showed no changes.
