HR Belicoso Cigar Review – This 5.5×52 stick features a very dark chocolate oily toothy firmly packed wrapper with minimal veins, tight invisible seams a closed foot and a pungent sweet cocoa and hay aroma. First light reveals a very good draw with mild-medium bodied flavors of a creamy textured oily sugar sweetness and natural tobacco both carrying through to the long finish where a slight pepper joins in. The first third burns perfectly and very slowly, just bringing the body to a solid medium with a long full finish of the same. The 1/2 way point comes at 45 minutes dropping the ash in a solid third chunk with flavors changing only slightly, with the sweetness going to a fruitiness and coming up a tad on the balance. Ending at 1:15 the last third shifted to a caramel, soft warm earth and oily pepper, still at a medium body with no strength.
