JNV Barberpole Toro Cigar Review – This 6×52 stick features a dry satin pair of maduro and habano wrappers with small veins, tight seams, double cap and pungent aroma of cocoa and hey.  First light reveals a perfect draw with medium bodied flavors of a complex soft nuttiness, cocoa, vanilla and light coffee on the short finish.  The first third comes up to a medium-full body with flawless performance.  Flavors are a solid mix of dry nuts, sweet hay, deep earth with a building spice and pepper on the now long finish.  Hitting the 1/2 way point at 35 minutes the 2nd third turns up the earth adding a sweet peppery zing on the draw followed by a substantial deep earth and cocoa on the draw.  Ending at 55 minutes the last third keeps a slight sweet light earth and adds a big peppermint almost like a toothpaste, with the finish going to a deeper smooth earth.
