Joya de Nicaragua Merciless Robusto Cigar Review – This 5×50 stick features a dark brown firmly packed wrapper with a soft satin finish, minimal veins, tight invisible seams, large double cap and pungent sweet hay and cocoa aroma.  First light reveals a perfect draw with plumes of thick medium bodied smoke showing flavors of a dry wood that turns oily though the short clean finish.  The first third burns flawlessly coming up to a medium-full body pushing notes of a prominent wood and light zingy earth on the draw quickly joined by a big sweet red pepper and spice kick through the long finish.  1/2 way in at 30 minutes flavors remain the same with the body settling to a medium.  Ending at 50 minutes the last third went to a deep damp woodiness with a lingering slightly hot smooth pepper through a long deep finish and a touch of strength.
