Mi Querida Ancho Corta Cigar Review – This 5×52 stick features a dark chocolate firmly packed wrapper with a soft oily feel, minimal veins, tight invisible seams, large double cap and a pungent musty cocoa and hay aroma.  First light reveals a great draw with thick rich medium bodied smoke showing flavors of an oily earth with a pepper and spice kick coming in the long finish.  The first third mellows to a mild-medium slightly sweet oily soft musty earth with a long smooth finish.  Burn is razor sharp and quite slow with good thick smoke. 30 minutes in just passed the 1/2 way point, the ash drops in a solid chunk, body is at a solid medium and a soft woody note joins in the mix especially on the finish. Ending at 55 minutes the back half just went to a plain heavy damp earth both on the draw and finish with just a hint of strength.
