Rocky Patel Hercules Barbarian Cigar Review

This 6×60 stick features a dark brown firmly packed oily wrapper with minimal veins, tight invisible seams, a soft squishy pack, velvet feel, triple cap and very faint hay aroma. First light reveals a great draw with mild-medium smoke output showing soft smooth smoky tobacco flavor with a bit of sweet wood and pepper through the long finish. The first third presents the same flavor profile, burning wonky requiring touchup after a couple inches. Hitting the 1/2 way point at just 25 minutes, the burn is still wonky and fast, but holding up ok now. Flavors do improve, bringing the body up to medium, the woodiness up to the front and the sweetness turns to a soft caramel on the draw. Ending at 55 minutes the last third changed again, bringing down the tobacco and pepper, shifting the caramel to a natural cherry sweetness mixing very well with the smooth wood flavors. Thank you very much to Corona Cigar Company for sending this for review!
