Mbombay Ecuador Connecticut Robusto Cigar Review

This 4.5×48 stick features a dark tan wrapper with an oily glove soft feel, firm pack, minimal veins, tight invisible seams, double cap and pungent sweet, soapy nut aroma. First light reveals a snug draw with minimal mild-medium smoke production and flavors of creamy textured soft slightly bitter tobacco. The first third quickly wakes up showing medium body flavors of a slightly sweet and creamy metallic earth, with a long bright finish of the same. The draw is still a bit snug but producing great smoke output with a perfect burn. The rest of the cigar burns fairly fast and I ended it about where the traditional band point would be after it started getting too hot for my taste. The draw opened up nicely, body came up to a medium full and the blend stayed the same. Contruction was flawless holding the ash to the 1/2 way point with a razor sharp burn. Thank you to Bombaytobak.com for sending this for review!
