Nestor Miranda Special Selection Robusto Grande Connecticut Cigar Review

This 5.5×54 stick features a silky smooth firmly packed dark tan wrapper with minimal veins, tight invisible seams, triple cap and faint wood aroma. First light reveals a perfect draw with plentiful medium-full bodied flavors of a bright, sweet musty earth on both the draw and finish. The first third shows much the same just dropping the sweetness and most of the mustiness from the finish. Construction is flawless, flavors are still smooth and near full bodied. Hitting the 1/2 way point at 30 minutes performance is still excellent, dropping the ash in a solid chunk and adding a bit of a woodiness through the long finish. Ending at 50 minutes the last third added a slight creamy nuttiness to the mix making for a smooth complex blend. Thank you very much to Miami Cigar & Co for providing this sample for review!
