Don Elias Toro Cigar Review

This 6×52 stick features a flawed, stretched wrapper with medium veins, uneven visible seams, sloppy double cap, an uneven spongy pack and mild sweet musty aroma. First light reveals a perfect draw with plentiful smoke output giving medium bodied flavors of an oily bitter grass and vegetable taste with a long finish. The first third burns very quickly finishing in 20 minutes with a medium-full body of a slightly creamy grass and wood, while the finish gets a bit like paint, luckily it’s short. Hitting the 1/2 way point at 25 minutes, the 2nd third shows no further changes. Ending at the hour mark, the last half burned quite a bit slower and luckily dropped the weird aftertaste. The draw flavors ramped up the cream and kept the oily light cedar.
