Blanco Liga Exclusiva de Familia Torpedo Maduro Cigar Review
This 6.5×54 stick features a very dark brown wrapper with a thick firm toothy feel, minimal veins, tight seams, dense feel and a mild sweet cedar aroma. First light reveals a great draw with minimal smoke output but medium-full body flavors of a deep slightly sweet tobacco, very slick and oily with a long finish. The first third develops much the same adding a nice spice kick especially through the finish, with a bit of heat and zing washing over the tongue. 30 minutes in by the 1/2 way point it’s very consistent with no transitions yet. Ending at 1:10 minutes, the last bit dropped the sweetness, shifting to a deeper smooth earth flavor with a creamy finish, also dropping the pepper and spice. Thank you very much to Blancocigars.com for providing this sample for review!
