Siglo Limited Reserve VI Cigar Review
This 6×54 stick features a dark brown slightly toothy and oily wrapper with a double cap, minimal veins, tight invisible seams, a very firm even pack and damp, musty barnyard aroma. First light reveals a perfect draw with decent smoke output giving a medium-full body of very peppery and spicy flavors that last well through the long finish, building th heat and tingle all over the mouth. The first third mellows a bit to a medium body, with creamy sweet tobacco on the draw and the pepper and spice combo quickly following through the short finish although quite diminished from the first light. 35 minutes in at the 1/2 way point the ash has fallen off in a solid chunk, performance is excellent and flavors remain unchanged. Ending at 1:25 the last third ramps up the strength to medium-full giving quite a buzz and headrush, while pulling the sweetness, pepper and spice leaving the creamy smooth tobacco draw and the finish is very parched. Thank you very much to viewer J. Drew for sending this for review!
