Cusano 18 Paired Maduro Robusto Cigar Review

This 5×50 stick features a dark chocolate oily slightly toothy wrapper with a few blemishes and holes, minimal veins, tight invisible seams, double cap and a rich chocolate aroma. First light reveals good smoke output with a perfect draw, medium-full body flavors of a very oily, sticky earthy vegetable like flavor and a woody finish. The first third brings a very complex blend of smooth flavors. It has a balanced mix of chocolate, leather, pepper, a savory almost meaty note, thick oily smoke with both a dry and oily finish at the same time. Construction is perfect with straight tight ash, great burn and draw. Ending at just 40 minutes in at the band point the construction unfortunately took a turn for the worse hitting the imperfections in the wrapper may have contributed but it did not want to stay lit or smoke well at all foing completely mushy Thank you very much to viewer Nick erA aka User ‘X3′ for generously providing this sample for review!
