Opus X Perfecxion No. 5 Cigar Review
This 4.8×40 stick features a very firm, thick dark brown wrapper with minimal veins, tight seams, a couple small blemishes, a rough sandpaper texture and buttery tobacco aroma. First light reveals a perfect draw, tons of rich thick smoke putting out medium-full body flavors of a tangy tobacco, very deep and earthy with a long full finish. The first third changes to a near full body sweet creamy coffee with a spicy pepper on the finish. The smoke is voluminous and oily, sticking to your mouth. 30 minutes in the 2nd third continues the same flavors just ramping up the creamy taste and adding a bit of strength kick. Ending at 1:05 the last third showed no further transitions just continuing the same great flavors!
