Punch Spring Roll Robusto Cigar Review – This 4.5×50 stick features a firm but lightly packed dark cocoa wrapper with a dry satin feel, sloppy double cap and pungent firecured aroma. First light reveals a flawless draw with thick rich medium bodied plumes of smoke showing notes of a strong umami, slight sweetness on the long finish and a growing smoky campfire flavor joining in. The first third burns wonky requiring a touchup and keeping the same flavors. The remainder required another big touchup as it didn’t want to burn straight, ending at 35 minutes with a big caramel joining in the last 10 minutes.
