Joya Silver Ultra Cigar Review – This 6.25×46 box pressed stick features a dark brown silky wrapper with a firm even pack, minimal veins, tight invisible seams, triple cap and rich cedar and hay aroma. First light reveals a very good draw with decent smoke output showing a medium body of zesty pepper and spice notes with a touch of cedar and sweetness on a fairly long finish. The first third quickly goes to a smooth deep earth keeping the pepper and spice kick. The ash is very short falling in 1/2″ chunks. The 1/2 way point comes at 25 minutes with flavors unchanged and very good burn and draw. Ending at 50 minutes the last third went hot and squishy with a good bit of strength kick after the band.
