La Aurora Connecticut Robusto Cigar Review – This 5×50 stick features a dark tan oily soft wrapper with an even slightly soft pack, minimal veins, tight invisible seams, large sloppy double cap and pungent musty wood aroma.  First light reveals a very loose draw but with plentiful medium-full bodied smoke.  Flavors are a very bitter grass and plain tobacco with a long gritty finish.  The first third quickly shifts to a bold combo of creamy leather, pepper, spice and coffee, all holding through the long full smooth finish.  Hitting the 1/2 way point at 30 minutes the ash drops in a single chunk, flavors are down to a medium body dropping the pepper and spice.  Ending at the hour mark, the last third adds just a touch of strength while flavors go to a deep slightly sweet earth and wood all on a long warm finish.
