H. Upmann The Banker Annuity Cigar Review
This 6×52 stick features a double band and full length sleeve. The first top band and foot band come off with the sleeve showing a deep milk chocolate wrapper with a soft oily feel, minimal veins, tight invisible seams, triple cap and rich oily leather aroma. First light reveals a loose draw with good rich medium-full bodied smoke output of a silky smooth rich earth and leather with a long smooth finish of the same. The first third burns perfectly keeping a rich combo of flavors including a creamy earth, leather, apricot sweetness and a slight zing but no pepper or spice. Hitting the 1/2 way point at 45 minutes the whole stick has gone very squishy but with a perfect burn and construction. Flavors drop the leather and most of the sweetness, pushing to a deeper earth and tobacco core and a big smooth earth and pepper finish. Ending at 1:20 the last third showed no further changes.
