Tosa Churchill Cigar Review
This 7×48 stick features a dark brown oily satin finished wrapper with minimal veins, tight seams, double cap, firm even pack and a rich hay aroma. First light reveals a snug draw with great smoke output showing medium-full body flavors of a sweet hay and smooth oily wood through a long finish. The first third Stays medium-full with a creamy coffee and wood on the draw followed by a spicy wood finish, all very slick and smooth. Burn is slow and construction flawless. The 1/2 way point comes 45 minutes in still with great performance, mellowing a bit to a medium body, dropping the ash in a solid chunk while flavors shift slightly dropping the cream and adding a deeper smooth pepper on top of the oily wood. Ending at 1:20 where it got too warm for my taste the last third changed again to a warm nuttiness and deep caramel on the draw, increasing smoke output and leaving a zesty cream through the long finish.
