Erez Habano Robusto Cigar Review
This 5×50 stick features a butter soft dark brown wrapper with a light pack, minimal veins, tight invisible seams, double cap and almost imperceptible light tobacco aroma. First light reveals a perfect draw with plumes of rich medium-full bodied smoke showing pretty bitter tobacco flavors that carry through the finish. The first third quickly dropped the bitterness moving to a tobacco and nut combo at a medium body, not especially smooth just middle of the road all around. The 1/2 way point comes and goes at 25 minutes dropping the ash in a solid chunk. Flavors finally transition keeping the neutral tobacco, bringing up an oily nuttiness and a black coffee. Ending down to the nub at 50 minutes, construction was flawless and the last bit took the tobacco body way down mostly leaving the coffee through the draw. Thank you very much to Erez Cigars for providing this sample for review!
