Argyle Robusto Cigar Review
This 5×50 stick features a tan wrapper with a firm even pack, dry very finely toothed texture, minimal veins, tight invisible seams, double cap and soft wood aroma. First light reveals a great draw with plentiful medium-full bodied smoke showing flavors of a thick, soft wood and earth with a full finish of the same. The first third burns very well and slowly, shifting the body flavors to earth and bread with an oily smooth finish of the same. Hitting the 1/2 way point at 30 minutes the flavor profile is consistent, the ash drops off in a solid chunk and construction is flawless. Ending just before the hour mark, it did require a complete relight at the band point, staying consistent overall to the nub. Thank you very much to viewer Mack Raza for sending this one in!
