C&C Corojo Churchill Cigar Review
This 7×50 stick features a dark brown rough, toothy dry feel like a paper bag, some medium veins, tight seams, double cap, firm even pack and pungent peppery tobacco aroma. First light reveals a perfect draw with medium-full bodied flavors of a rich oily leather with a bit of pepper and spice joining through the finish. The first third changes rapidly down to a medium body of a slight leather on the raw quickly followed by a smooth, sweet wood and a very short clean finish dropping all the pepper and spice. Hitting the 1/2 way mark at 45 minutes, the ash held on for the first third, and the second third shows a bit of transition, dropping the leather and replacing it with a bit of citrus tang on the draw. Construction is excellent with a great amount of smoke and perfect draw. Ending at 1:15 the last third shifts to a deeper caramel and wood, lengthening the finish with the same flavors until the next draw.
