Foundation Aksum Claro Corona Gorda Cigar Review – This 5.5×48 stick features a dark cocoa, oily, fine toothed wrapper with a firm pack, large pigtailed double cap and slight sweet soapy aroma. First light reveals a snug draw that starts to loosen with heat, showing a medium body of a smooth vanilla and oak with a cayenne sweetness and spice through the retro. The first third adds a big dark cocoa to the draw with the spice creeping forward while the finish is like you ate a mild buffalo wing on your lips. The 1/2 way point comes at 30 minutes dropping a solid ash with no flavor changes. Ending at 1:05 the last third remained consistent to the nub.
