The Statesman Cigar Co The Statesman Cigar Review – This 5 3/8×52 figurado features a dark tan, buttery soft, light but firmly packed wrapper with a faint sweet nutty aroma. First light reveals a good draw with minimal mild-medium smoke as the cherry works through the shaped foot, with notes of a young tobacco, vegetal taste. The first 1/2 burns perfectly after getting to the full diameter area, with mild-medium sweet nuttiness and a fairly long smooth finish of the same. Ending at an impressively slow 55 minutes that 2nd half held the same notes and performance to the nub.
