Caldwell Long Live the Queen Queens Sword Cigar Review – This 7×38 stick features a dark brown buttery soft feel with a slightly soft even pack, triple cap and faint cocoa aroma. First light reveals a slightly snug draw with good mild-medium smoke production showing notes of a dry woody core with a mild heat on the retro, with a fairly short finish of the same. The first third quickly comes up to a medium body with a long smooth finish, showing a combo of a syrupy leather, gingerbread and dry cocoa, all sticking around to the next draw with a touch of tingle. The 1/2 way point comes at 40 minutes just adding a dark roast coffee to the tail of the finish, mixing well with the cocoa to the next draw. The final third burns a bit faster, ending at 1:05 with flavors shifting to pure cocoa and coffee, even dropping the little zing, staying medium bodied and smooth to the warm nub.
