Kafie 1901 Connecticut Robusto Cigar Review – This 5×50 stick features a dark tan satin firmly packed wrapper with slight oil sheen, triple cap and sweet nutty aroma. First light reveals a flawless draw with thick rich medium-full bodied smoke showing a sweet apricot, nuttiness and dry hay through the long finish. The first third burns perfectly holding the same notes, dropping a solid ash chunk near the 1/2 way mark. Ending at 1:10 with a slow burn and flawless construction, flavors remained complex but unchanged to the hot nub.
