Cohiba Red Dot Robusto Cigar Review – This 5×49 stick features a dark brown firmly packed wrapper with a dry satin feel, triple cap and faint woody aroma. First light reveals a flawless draw with thick aged tobacco smooth smoke showing notes of a sweet deep caramel, deep wood core and building spice through the long finish. The first third goes to a tick, creamy textured smooth blast of leather keeping the slight sweetness and caramel with the spice down a touch on the finish. The 1/2 way point comes at 30 minutes with flavors just shifting a bit drier, and the ash holding a solid chunk. Ending at 55 minutes the last third showed no changes to the flavors with just a touch of strength joining in at the end.
