Gurkha Revenant Maduro Toro Cigar Review – This 6×54 box pressed stick features a dark chocolate, slightly oily satin wrapper with a slightly soft even pack, large double cap and faint wood and cocoa aroma. First light reveals a perfect draw with thick voluminous smoke showing mild notes of a faint wood and glycerin sweetness. The first third burns well and slowly, adding a spice and pepper texture with a soft earthiness walking over the bit of sweetness. The 1/2 way point comes at 40 minutes with notes the same combo but the body up to a solid medium with a long finish. Ending at 1:20 the last third continued the perfect construction with solid ash drops, and no changes to the profile down to the nub.
