First light reveals a perfect draw with a dry nuttiness, slightly sweet earth and mild wood through the long smooth finish. The first third mellows on the draw notes to a mild sweet floral with hints of nut, while the finish is deeper at a medium, going earthy with the wood again. The 1/2 way point comes at 35 minutes with the body notes at a solid medium, bringing the sweetness and nuttiness to the front, matching the rest of the flavors through the long finish. Ending at 1:15 the last third showed no changes.
