Micallef Reata Churchill Cigar Review – This 7×48 stick features a dark brown, dry, firmly packed slightly toothy wrapper with a triple cap and sweet cedar and cocoa aroma. First light reveals a good draw with fairly thick smooth smoke showing notes of a dry leather, light cedar and slight cocoa, with a hint of black pepper on the tail of the finish. The first third is mild-medium bodied with the same flavors. Hitting the 1/2 way point at 35 minutes the 2nd third burns very well holding the same notes. The final third opens the draw a bit, putting off medium bodied smoke with notes of a creamy cinnamon, light wood and leather with just a faint pepper through the long finish, ending at 1:10.
