J.C. Newman José Gaspar Cigar Review – This 7×50 stick features a firmly packed, dark chocolate oily wrapper with a triple cap and faint soapy aroma. First light reveals a very good draw with super smooth medium bodied smoke showing a slightly sweet coffee and natural tobacco on the draw followed by a long finish adding a touch of pepper and zing. The first third brings the sweet creamy coffee to the front, with the pepper dying off, leaving a long clean finish of the same. The 1/2 way point comes at 40 minutes with no changes. Ending at a slow 1:30 the last third drops the sweetness, adding a nuttiness to the coffee notes, with the long finish now just as smooth.
