EDIT: This is rolled at the Blackbird factory, not one of their lines. The Burn Down Podcast The Blueprint Robusto Gordo Cigar Review – This 5×54 stick features a dark chocolate firmly packed, oily, toothy wrapper with a double cap and rich pungent musty barnyard aroma. First light reveals a flawless draw with rich thick medium-full bodied smoke showing a deep dark earth on the front of the pallet, a slight sweetness and cocoa with a building pepper through the long finish. The first third tempers the earth a bit shifting the draw notes to a dark roast coffee and musty leather, with the pepper joining on the tail of the finish, with a zingy retrohale. The 1/2 way point comes at 25 minutes holding the same notes and perfect performance. Ending at 1:05 minutes the last third kept the coffee, dropped the leather and pepper, adding a smooth earth to the mix. Strength ramped up to medium and the burn slowed to the hot nub.
