BG Reserve Robusto Cigar Review – This 5×52 box pressed stick features a buttery soft, oily dark chocolate wrapper with a triple pigtailed cap, closed foot and rich cocoa and pepper aroma. First light reveals a perfect draw with medium bodied notes of a dry, dusty cocoa with a fine grit on the heavy smoke and a long finish. The first third goes to medium-full body with notes of an earthy, grassy cocoa and nut all with a dry mouthfeel needing a good pairing. The 1/2 way point comes at a slow 35 minute with notes shifting just a bit dropping the grassiness and bringing up the nuttiness but with all the rest remaining. Ending at 1:10 the last third continued the slow burn with flavors changing again. The nuttiness is swapped for leather while a touch of sweetness comes in during the draw. Burn is even and slow, pouring out the smoke to the hot nub. This video is sponsored by SmokeInn.com
