This 6×54 box pressed stick features an almost black, firmly packed, dusty, toothy oily wrapper with a large triple cap and pungent heavy, sweet damp hay aroma. First light reveals a perfect draw with medium bodied smoke by a few draws in producing a deep back of the throat earth quickly followed by a peppermint on the draw that goes to a cayenne and cinnamon bite on the finish. The first third shoots up to medium-full with the deep earth taking over all the way through to the next draw, overshadowing the lighter mint and sweeter cinnamon notes but they are still there. The 1/2 way point comes at 30 minutes with a slower burn and no flavor changes. The last third ends at 1:10 min holding the same notes adding just a touch of strength.
