Rocky Patel Velvet Edition Toro Cigar Review – This 6×52 stick features a dark tan slightly soft dimpled wrapper with an oily feel, triple cap and peppery sweet hay aroma. First light reveals a good draw with mild-medium but thick chewy smoke showing a soft sweet floral followed by a zingy building pepper on the finish. The first third adds a nuttiness to the draw and the body comes up to medium with the pepper coming down a bit. Burn is very good just slightly fast. The 1/2 way point comes at 35 minutes with a slower burn and no flavor changes. Ending at 1:15 hour to the hot nub, it remained consistent.
