Punch Kung Pow Cigar Review – This 6×52 special release features a dark chocolate, firmly packed slick oily wrapper with a shaggy foot, large double cap and faint musty hay aroma. First light reveals an open draw from the shaggy foot with medium-full bodied notes of a silky smooth, creamy textured damp, deep earth and growing pepper through the long finish. The first third, once the binder and wrapper are added in a strong mocha, like a dark roast coffee and hot cocoa, along with the rest of the notes. The 1/2 way point comes at 35 minutes dropping a solid ash with consistent flavors. Ending at 1:15 the last third shifted at the band to a warm nuttiness with a touch of coffee.
