La Flor Dominicana 1994 Conga Cigar Review – This 5×52 stick features a thick very toothy and oily firmly packed wrapper with minimal veins, tight invisible seams, double cap and rich cocoa and hay aroma. First light reveals a perfect draw with plentiful full bodied smoke showing notes of a deep in your face metallic earth with a big pepper and jalapeno spice finish. The first third mellows to a smoother medium-full body adding a sweetness to the earth and toning down the pepper and spice through the finish adding a subtle coffee. 30 minutes in at the half way point it’s smoother dropping nearly all the pepper and spice, with the coffee matching the earth on the draw. Ending at 1 hour the last third continued to mellow dropping all the texture and down to a medium body with a hint of strength.
