CAO Flathead V642 Piston Cigar Review – This 6.5×42 stick features a dark cocoa very toothy wrapper with minimal veins, tight seams, sharp box press and flat head with a cocoa and plumb aroma. First light reveals a medium body creamy smoke with a big blast of pure black pepper flavor on a long finish. The first third burns perfectly producing big smoke and medium-full body showing the addition of a small cocoa and deep oakiness along with the pepper. The 1/2 way point comes at 40 minutes with perfect performance, a slower burn and the same profile.
