Cuban Partagas Serie D No.5 Cigar Review – This 4.3×50 stick features a dark tan wrapper with slightly oily fragile feeling wrapper, minimal veins, tight invisible seams, triple cap and faint sweet hay aroma. First light reveals a perfect draw with plentiful thick medium-full bodied smoke showing a smooth, dry deep woodiness and touch of pepper on the finish. The first third adds a slight sweet nougat to the mix and drops the pepper leaving a tick slightly sweet core. Construction is flawless. Ending at 50 minutes to the hot nub, body is down to medium, a tiny strength kick comes in and the vanilla starts to show on the finish. This video is sponsored by Montefortuna Cigars.
