After 2 years I had my first problem with my Reagan Humidor unit. The sensor board on the left side was not reading correctly. 1stClassHumidors.com promptly sent out replacements and we are back in business after a couple minutes work! NOTE:: If you order any of the units, GET THE WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY. Otherwise you should plan on hiring a local mover to get it inside.
