Micallef Herencia Maduro Toro Cigar Review – This 6×52 stick features a very toothy, dry sandpaper feel minimal veins, tight invisible seams, triple cap and faint musty damp aroma. First light reveals a loose draw with mild-medium smoke showing notes of a natural sweet tobacco and light earth on a long finish. The first third quickly develops to a medium body with a quite textured black pepper joining in and the light earth going deeper with a cocoa sneaking in through the retrohale. The 1/2 way point comes at 45 minutes with body still climbing to medium-full with a longer finish and the earth getting slightly deeper. Ending at 1:25 the last third kept the same profile and ramped up strength to medium.
