Deadwood Crazy Alice Cigar Review – This 4.5×52 wedge shaped stick features a dark chocolate, oily, firmly packed wrapper with minimal veins, tight invisible seams, a slightly toothy feel and pungent, artificial sweet cocoa aroma. First light reveals what tastes like at least a sweetened tip, just lighting the wrapper over the closed foot. Straight oily sugar. Once the rest is also going it’s a medium body with a peppery dark earth and long finish of the same, with the sugar as a subnote. 25 minutes at the 1/2 way point is a milder smooth light earth and slight cocoa dropping the sweetness and a solid ash. The back 1/2 adds a bit of strength, the sweetness and oil comes back up along with a dry cocoa and longer lighter earth finish with a medium body.
