Diamond Crown Maximus No.4 Toro Cigar Review – This 6×50 stick features a dark cocoa very firmly packed wrapper with a smooth slightly oily finish, minimal veins, tight invisible seams, triple cap and faint soapy aroma. First light reveals a perfect draw with plentiful mild-medium bodied notes of a sweet grassy light earth, light pepper and short clean finish. The first third dramatically ramps up smoke output with the body shifting to a medium and flavors moving to a sweet leather, keeping the small pepper kick. The 1/2 way point comes at 45 minutes, burning slowly with a solid ash. Notes change to a heavy earth and yeasty bread with a bigger pepper and a now long full finish of the same. 1:20 at the end, body holds at medium with no strength. Flavors remain the same.
