Long Live the King by AJ Fernandez Toro Cigar Review – This 6×50 stick features a very oily, toothy thick firmly packed dark cocoa wrapper with minimal veins, tight invisible seams, large double cap and pungent, musty cocoa and hay aroma. First light reveals a perfect draw with plentiful medium bodied smoke showing a deep earth and sweet vanilla with a fairly short finish. The first third comes down to mild-medium, dropping most of the pepper and the finish growing longer. The 1/2 way point comes at 40 minutes back up to a medium body with flavors shifting to a hearty meatiness, caramel, deep smooth earth and touch of strength coming in. Ending at 1:20 the last third continued the long perfect burn, dropping the caramel, shifting to a dark chocolate and coffee with the same small strength kick.
