Illusione #2 Belicoso Cigar Review – This 5.25×52 stick features a dark brown densely packed wrapper with a slight red hue, oily slightly toothy texture, minimal veins, tight invisible seams and a faint hay and cocoa aroma.  First light reveals a perfect draw showing a medium-full body and notes of a very silky smooth thick smoke, bright slightly sweet wood and a big growing black pepper and deep earth on the long finish.  The first third grows in complexity with a oak and vanilla combo on the thick smooth draw, followed by a lighter earth and fully balanced pepper, lasting right to the next draw.  The 1/2 way point comes at 40 minutes bringing the body down to medium, adding a touch of strength, dropping the sweet vanilla and taming the pepper.  Ending at 1:20 with more to go, the last third burned perfectly with the same base flavors joined by a citrus and coffee on the draw, the pepper completely gone on the finish and the strength ramping up to medium-full.
