Alec Bradley Black Market Filthy Hooligan Barber Pole Cigar Review – This 6×50 stick features a unique maduro and candella barber pole wrap with alternating dark chocolate and grass green stripes. Pack is firm and even with minimal veins, tight seams, large double cap and a faint sweet cocoa and grass aroma. First light reveals a perfect draw with plumes of medium bodied smoke with notes of an oily grassiness, deep earth and cocoa with a long finish leaving a heavy oily sensation. The first third burns perfectly upping body to medium-full, shifting to a dominating leather and chocolate with a hint of the grassy note on the tail of the finish which is a big pepper and slight oily spice bomb. The 1/2 way point comes at 45 minutes burning razor sharp with the only change a medium strength joining in. Ending at 1:10 the last third dropped all but the deep earth and leather leaving a long lingering finish and upping the strength to match the medium-full body.
