Doumitt Gold Oro Negro Cigar Review – This 5.25×54 stick features a dark chocolate firmly packed oily slightly toothy wrapper with minimal veins, tight invisible seams, triple cap and pungent fire cured tobacco aroma. First light reveals a good easy draw with medium bodied airy smoke showing a smooth slightly sweet peppery earth, typical of many Nicaraguan blends. The first third keeps the same flavors but goes considerable smoother, with perfect burn. The 1/2 way point comes at 35 minutes bringing the earth down a touch and adding a slight cream along with a bit of strength. Ending early before the hour mark with quite a bit left, flavors were the same, construction was flawless but strength was off the chart far surpassing the body, more than I can handle. Burn time would easily be 1.5 hours to the nub if you like them strong.
